1. Review our calendar and find a date that doesn't already have a session planned.

2. Call your local store and ask us to add your private party to our calendar.

3. Once you see your private party scheduled on our calendar, make sure all your guests sign up for it at least 7 days in advance.

4. You can email your guests a private party invitation by clicking here, or just call and give them all the date and time of your party so they know it's now open for orders to be placed.

Please note that your party may have a maximum number of guests (contact your local store for details). A minimum of 8 guests are required to sign up at least 7 days in advance or we will open the remaining spots to the general public and all hostess discounts and other private party promotions may be forfeited.
